A Tradeshow Event Celebrating Entrepreneurial Women
The third annual Bossy Mama Flaunt will be held at the brand new and renowned Enjoy Centre located in St. Albert. 70 vendors and 4 sponsors will be house in the glass enclosed Moon Flower Room on Sunday October 14, 2012. In 2010 more than 1200 people attended the first Flaunt and in 2011 the show had more than 2400 visitors. This year’s show will be better than ever offering vendors a gorgeous venue and visitors a fabulous day out not only attending the show, but also taking a stroll around the Enjoy Centre.
The Enjoy Centre is located a few minutes off of the Anthony Henday in St. Albert. The facility includes a full service spa, greenhouse, high end organics grocery store, fine wine & spirits shop, home & kitchen boutiques, café, bakery, meat & cheese shop and more. The Flaunt will be held in the 8000 square foot Moon Flower Room that has nine metre high glass ceilings and a full wall of glass overlooking one of their greenhouses that house seasonal plants and flowers.
Booth Space
Each booth will be draped with an 8′ high back wall drape and a 3′ high side wall drape on both sides. The 8′ tables in each booth will be clothed and skirted with two chairs.

10′x10′ Booths are 0 each for members and 0 each for non-members
10′x15′ Booths (Fashion Vendors ONLY, not Premier Sponsor Booths) are 0 for Members and 0 for non-members and include 2 Pedestals for live models and can come with or without a table. Additional items included in fashion booths are listed below under the Sponsorship section. Note: These booths will be invoiced DIRECTLY since there are only 4 available.
Electrical, lighting, area carpets and signage is available directly through our show production company at per booth.

Promotional Efforts
The Bossy Mama Flaunt will use a variety of promotional efforts. Our in-house publicist, Wild Rose Communications will be concentrating on radio/TV/newspaper stories and advertising. Last year we were featured on 2 radio stations and on Global TV and CTV. In 2010, we printed 15,000 postcards that were distributed city wide through our sponsors, vendors and supporters. We also leverage social media, blogs and other business networks to spread the word about the event. We are confident that we will exceed last year’s attendees (1200) We also created a VIP ticket campaign last year that was very successful and will be doing that again this year. We distributed 2000 VIP tickets (free of charge) through our vendors, sponsors and through contests. All VIP ticket holders were entered into a draw to win 00 worth of Pandora Jewelry.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
If any cancellations need to be made the Vendor must notify Bossy Mama Inc. in writing a minimum of 45 days prior to the show date. A 10% administration fee will be held and the remainder will be credited back to the Vendor. Any cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the show or any Vendor who does not attend the day of the show for any reason will not receive a refund.
